Tai Chi is a moving meditation practice, helping you reduce stress and discover inner peace. It also helps relieve age related health problems.

In Tai Chi, you need not use tremendous external muscular force which impedes the flow of Qi as there is a lot of exhaustion and panting – all of which are bad for health. When practising Tai Chi, you learn to control your movements by being tranquil and directing the movements by mind-intent rather than external muscular force.

As such Tai Chi movements are effortless, continuous, and slow-moving. The slower one practices (without stopping or jerking) the better. Gradually the exercise will bring enormous benefits to health and inner peace.
